Pragmatic Evaluation in Physical Activity and Public Health Training Course 2026
On 2–3 September 2026, PEPAH are again partnering with the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC) at the University of Edinburgh to deliver a two-day training course in pragmatic evaluation.
This course is aimed at policy makers, practitioners, and researchers with a shared interest in conducting evaluation in real world, limited resource settings.
Sessions will include
- Introduction to evaluation in physical activity in health
- Principles of evaluation
- How to plan and conduct:
- formative evaluation
- process evaluation
- impact evaluation
- Scale up and transferability
- Reporting evaluation to varied audiences
